IF the arbiter does come in halo 4, what do you guys think his entrance would be?
I would say,
the last level, master chief is out numbered and he has been shot a few times so he is on the floor.
cortana says " its all over… im sorry".

and the arbiter says the exact same thing he says in halo 3 “were it so easy”

and elites left the covies… they are now JUST elites.
He says “Were it so easy”. I don’t see Cortana or MC giving up, they would fight to the end until his heart stopped beating. If the Arbiter makes an entrance, though unlikely, I see him appearing out of active camo and stopping a killing blow about to be dealt to MC.

I want the Arbiter saying that in his entrance. Probably as he saves the Cheif’s sorry -Yoink- from certain annihalation. I don’t see that happening though,unless they located the Cheif somehow.

But I doubt Arbiter will make an appearance at the Planet. People believe the planet is Sigma 7. And if you didn’t know S is the 7th letter before Z.

5 years later they find this instalation.
during the 5 years, the arbiter, who as we know doesnt think chief is dead. it was too easy. might have found the beacon… not knowing which way, or how fast they were traveling, took a while to find them. he shows up in halo 4 after coming across the instalation and findis the remains of the dawn.
he tracks down the chief and cortana as they are planning a mission… they are about to leave and chief says to cortana ‘ok, lets do it’ then the arbiter de-cloaks and asks, “so are we blowing this one up aswell?”
admit it, this would be epic. but is as likely as our sun going supernova in our lifetime. so yes im going with the chief’s regular defiance of probability.
Master Chief is fighting with UNSC marines but they are losing the battle and the brutes are encircling them fast. When it looks like they are about to be killed or captured, the Arbiter and his own squad of Elites come out of active camo and arrive to help. A brute chieftan says “We’ve almost captured them!” then the Arbiter comes out of camo stabbing the chieftan with his sword and says “Were it so easy”.

i agree, unfortunately. but i already superglued my fingers into a crossed possition. so i can wait.
and yes that does negatively impact my ability to melee in reach.
It would be better if an Energy Sword held by a cloaked Thel activated and stabbed a hostile soldier, then he turned off camo and said that.

1st Level- Chief and UNSC marines and ODSTs are fighting bad guys and are getting overwhelmed. Arbiter and Elites come out of active camo and kill some bad guys. Then Arbiter stabs the brute chieften and kills him and says “were it so easy.” Then Halo music plays and the the Title (Halo 4) comes up.

I can already see it now. It would be like those anime scenarios of intervention/introduction only 10x more manlier. Grabs the arm, looks at the surprised enemy, grabs his weapon, activates his own sword, impales the enemy with both weapons, maybe roars in his face like he did with Truth, talks with Chief, saying his famous line, level starts: Arby support with improved waypoint and the Covenant Carbine returns, but more stronger.
And the best part of all, better AI during combat: leaping like Flood and Zealots. And sword assassinations!!!

Cutscene reminiscent of Stars Wars 2 (if I recall correctly) at the end of the level - Arbiter unveils his army of Arbiter clones and Star Wars music plays
