Actually I think they need to work more on the balance between AAs, weapons and maps.
This game, even though I like it, needed an update since day one. I guess you guys who complain, must be very young, as you haven’t tried it before, apparently.
It’s annoying when your previous tactics doesn’t work anymore, or the changes doesn’t fit your play style, but thats just the way it is.

I’m just as anxious you to see whether Halo will prevail as the Chief did or fall like the Forerunners but I really dont understand all the 343 bashing.
I mean if Halo 4 plays like Cod and isnt fun then people wont play it right? Why cant we just wait and see?
What you said in your last paragraph i totally agree with and think that’s more my issue. You play so much trying to get better and better and then they change some vital things which changes the game play. Then noobs end up killing you no problem and I feel like i gotta retrain myself. Also switching from 1 playlist with tu to one without, Its hard sometimes to get in a zone. It’s like they took the rhythm out of matchmaking.
Let’s not forget what happened with super slayer. It now has one of the lowest populations. It started off populated and all those people after trying it decided against it. That should say something.
Also, now is the time to complain and bring up issues before 343 finalizes the game. Halo revolutionized online gaming. Cod should take after halo, we dont take after them. Instead of the ranking up loadouts/classes just like cod games, they should come up with something completely different. Be original and rerevolutionize gaming again! So then when we sit down to play halo4 we can say 343 is awesome! Well done! Not what I think might happen, where critics are saying, “Not much difference from…has cod feel to it…same old blah blah blah.” Right now with gaming companies battling each other they are in a perfect position to stand out among the rest. I just don’t think 343 is in the right mindset. This can be so much more than just another halo game for them.

This game needed an update from the moment it was released. Armor Lock, Bloom, Active Camo and Sword Block made it practically unplayable.
It shouldn’t take three rockets to kill ONE guy who’s using Armor Lock.

I fire one rocket, he gies into Armor Lock, comes out, sprays his AR at me. I fire another Rocket, he does the same thing, then pops out. Then I fire my third rocket, which kills him due to his Armor Lock energy being depleted.
I’m not stupid enough to spam rockets at him until he comes out.
People can’t adapt to the changes so they stay in lolTeam Slayer. Where they get Sword Blocked and wind up on the bad side of an Armor Lock abuser.

Apparently you are dull enough to spam rockets at someone you KNOW is poppin and lockin. Again, epitomises the average TU lover.
Also, i would have gotten 3 pops out of the AL, leaving you with zero rockets and me with an easy kill. Cry more

Anybody with half a brain would have read your post with the same conclusion.
Armour Lock is, and always has been, simple to counter. If your enemy enters Armour Lock, you step backwards. As Fatal said, popping in and out will deplete your bar faster and leave you more vulnerable, and you could almost certainly switch weapons so as not to waste those rockets on a person you know is going to lock down.
It’s hardly a mind-blowing concept, and while I understand that not all of us have patience, you could certainly stand to learn some.
Ummm Armor Lock. Yeah it doesn’t bother me either way tu or not about armor lock. They are very predictable players and VERY easy to kill. They are typically not any good. Armor lock, to me, is exactly the same as bumper bowling. Now who usually goes bumper bowling? Kids! and its because they don’t know how to play the game. Example: called someone out on it and told him to stop using his bumpers! A voice message was then sent to me in a kid’s voice telling me that he’s going to find where I live and kill me.
As you may have guessed, I haven’t been able to leave the house since!

Armor Abilities give “inexperienced” (some might call them bad) players ways to survive when they should have died and get kills when they probably wouldn’t have otherwise. They give them a nearly infinite oops button for any screw ups, allowing them to get out of situations where the better player should have killed them. And default bloom gives AR spammers an easier time killing people using DMRs or Pistols due to having to fire very slowly or the randomness of spamming. Vanilla Reach is noob friendly – just admit it; embrace your noobiness. End. Of. Story.

AA are fine w/ me… but I would like to see more ZB playlists most notably ZB ARENA… ZB ARENA… ZB ARENA. (
Here is an idea… would it be possible to have, “Pre set searches” where the playlists stay the same but you set whether you want bloom or not and you can’t join a game unless your settings match w/ the other players? (So there wouldn’t be any bloom vs non bloom matches) Could be complicated but I like the idea!!!
