UNSC Spartan II Project is the Official UNSC’s Spartan Program. Halo: Reach’s community was filled with all kinds of UNSC personnel but then eventually it became corrupt. Halo 5’s community is now a year old and UNSC Reach personnel have transferred. Its up to the Official UNSC to keep it as Correct as possible.
UNSC Spartan II Project will begin Class I conscription around April. To be conscripted you must follow these requirements
-lvl 50 and above
-Mic (optional, if you don’t have a mic then you must have good ears.)
-Respect
-Loyalty
-Obedience
If you are a Canon Spartan-II, depending on which one you are, you will need to obtain a certain amount of combat skill to graduate as that Spartan.
If your a Non Canon Spartan-II then you will basically need to be good enough to be called, descent at the game.
