Now as childish as this sounds, Its True. I have Links and screen shots of the messages he AND HIS friends sent.
I have posted to Twitter and in an Email ready to send off to Microsoft support, This Violates not Just 343 Industries Code of Conduct / Rules, But as well as Microsoft Corporation ( XBOX LIVE CODE OF CONDUCT )

There just gamer tags, 343 Industries or Bungie, let alone any Gaming company has not had an issue with Gamers / players who have them. . . Why? Well we paid for them, earned them.
