Enemies in forge could work for some cool game modes. I remember people use to make mods back in halo 3 to have characters just stand on the map.
Are you referring to Bots for multi-player custom games type emulation or PvE style AI? If the latter, it seems like you’re another proponent of a Forgeable Firefight mode in Infinite. I’m personally a gigantic fan of this idea.
I’d be fine with Bots support too, but I’d definitely prefer to see Forgeable FF.

Being able to forge the AI into custom games would be a giant set up, even for Halo 5’s forge. It’s a feature that I personally would really like to see implemented, and a feature that I haven’t really seen in other games.
Having AI would bring in so many possibilities for different kinds of maps for map makers to create. Imagine if at E3 next year they just drop an announcement for forgable AI in Infinite, the hype train would likely be blown off its rails.
Coding would be a pain to implement for them to function the way you want them but it still would be cool if it was fully functional
