Okay, so we know that Halsey is now teamed up with Jul and his forces. With Halsey’s knowledge and skill, I believe we will get more advanced Covenant enemies in future games. Covies enhanced by Forerunner tech maybe.
Well, we’ve already seen some of these Covenant using Promethean weaponry, so maybe this hinting towards something.
I’m more excited to see how the Precursors come into play.

I really doubt that Halsey will help the Storm Covenant technologically.
Perhaps in a way that she later get to controll them, or utterly destroy them.
Like “enhancing” their armor, and having some sort of kill switch in them that kills the user.
Since they had to kidnap human scientists, they don’t have any themselves, and no engineers either as far as I’ve understood.
