I haven’t tested out Arby yet, but it would appear enforcers are better at building damage and have some anti-infantry use. Rangers are probably better at pure infantry.

rangers dont have a Y ability. enforcers have a Y stasis grenade and their numbers are double the rangers. their upgrade makes them better at damaging buildings, but when they start they’re okay at light infantry due to their ability, hp, and numbers. dont try to use them to win an infantry battle though. rangers are best for garrisoning and scouting. if you use them to supplement your units that’s also decent. the problem with rangers is that they have extremely low HP.
Rangers are better on anti-infantry, what Arby players do is overwhelm the field with Enforcers, I have to admit that is pretty efficient but if you try to use them against a group with Decimus’ Rangers or Tier 2 Atriox’s Chosen, they’ll go down with ease.
Isn’t this question impossible to answer? You can’t compare Enforcers and Rangers since they’re both meant for different jobs (anti-building and anti-infantry). They’re better than each other in their own way, that’s all you can say.

in the game you have 4 anti infantry units. flamethrower, snipers, suicide grunts, and rangers. they’re good at destroying infantry.
then you have anti-building units. jetpack brutes, enforcers, and locusts are anti-building.
enforcers are the equivalent of sanghelli grunts when it comes to fighting infantry. (in case you guys didnt bother to read the spirit of fire logs sanghelli grunts are “better” than brute grunts)
the 1 key difference being that sanghelli are more disciplined than brutes so they’re better at arms combat (since they dont harass their grunts)
so essentially they’re worse at killing infantry than anti-infantry but better than anti-building.
