I have searched google and nothing has turned up to find out how to get the Energy Emblem(the lightning one) Any ideas how? Same with the Eagle emblem.

Energy emblem? do you mean the two energy swords emblem?
Edit: Oh that one, i completely misread that haha, sorry i don’t think it’s in the game.
I’m trying to get this emblem also but can’t find how. I’m sure it’ll come up eventually but if you have unlocked to view the “Commando” shoulders the energy emblem can be seen on them. The only way to unlock the Commando armor is to achieve the dominion victory commendation. Anyways good luck man.
The Eagle one is believed to be linked to the achievement for beating a future episode of spartan ops. The achievement logo looks just like the emblem.
