Energy bayonet weapon req complaint

Please change the req requirement to a lower stage, by the time you get to the required level the games over and you dont get to enjoy it for long

When using the weapon, it extends the range you can melee, not increase the damage.

Same with the Mantis. Such a rare sight. Lower it to 7 REQ.

Reading is hard.

There is a reason it is at that level. If you cannot reach that level then that kind of sucks but if it were lowered and all of the sudden everyone (more than usual) had one hit melees capturing a base would be yucky.

It is such a high level because its pretty much a permanent energy sword that you don’t even have to switch to, it is a 1 hit kill and has decent range.

From the front no.

Unless you use the Melee perk like I do. Then yes it is. It’s the ultimate gunblade

Not true. I have the AR Bayonet and its a one-hit kill for me no matter what angle. Heck, I defended an armory by going on a stabby spree.

The bayonet is indeed a one-hit melee kill regardless of where you hit the enemy. My DMR has one so I’m speaking from experience.

I think you should lower the time it takes to get req lvls instead of actually lowering the req lvls of the cards.

I can also confirm it’s a one hit melee even from the front - I have had two instances where someone bashing at the same time has survived though so maybe there’s a knock away effect like with the sword in Reach?

Regardless yes, it is a one shot melee.

Not of sure the req needs to be lowered though, I usually have it for almost half the game?

I’ve got a smg with an energy bayonet. God that thing is a cqc beast I held off like 4 people trying to storm the armory today

I got an Energy Bayonet for my AR to be honest it is fine at level 8 because that thing has some god tier range.

Actually it does both. Go look at some videos on youtube of it. It’s so overpowered.

The bayonets are fine at 8.

The dmr though…

I’d much rather earn levels faster than lower the costs of items.

We need a power mode where you start and full reqs and then they get lower and lower… that’d be crazy and interesting!

I believe it increases the damage, I have gotten a few one hit kills with it, but not everytime.
