Your hyperlink is trying to make me start a new thread for some very odd reason. I hope you are aware that the concept art trailer is widely known about now and there are many threads already about this subject.
I say, it’s Concept art, period, any thing in those art can be either really early ideas, to just sketches what the people trying to wright the story is seeing in their heads.
All things in concept art is concept, this early those concept art ideas could of been scraped 50 times, redrawn, recolored, and then burned. Now if we was looking at concept art that was released with in a month or two of the game going gold, I’d be more inclind to agree that there could be some things in the concept art that might be in game.
I mean lets look at the reach concept art.

In that image see see Kat talking to some Rangers, with BRs in their hands, and what looks like a SMG on her leg, we see a Spartan that is holding a Sniper rifle with no scope, and another spartan talking to a civilian. Do we see any thing other than Kat and her arm, that made it into the finale game? NO. WHY? cause it’s concept art. The concept art trailer was mostly meant to show off some concept art that’s rolling around, and to keep the fans busy until they can release something better.
I swear every one who goes out and watches all of these Halo 4 videos, and reads all of these blogs about Halo 4 leaked infos, you guys read way too much into it, and some times take things too far, and skip over the truth like it was old lady on the side of the road with a flat tire. If it’s leaked info, there’s a good chance it’s fake or a lie.
If it’s info being spread by some one other than 343i, it could be either a fake, or a lie.
If it’s concept art, it can come from 343i, hot off the press and every thing, and still have nothing more than just what the name says, concepts of ideas they would like the game to look and feel.

if you really want to see the enemy clearly just go to the very end where it show that unknown thing and rapidly press the play/stop button see it keeps pausing every couple milliseconds and your able to see the chest,shoulder and face of the new enemy and it looks like a creepy -Yoinking!- monster
