When do you personally believe that this Evil will be revealed before the release? The OXM and/or Game informer issue, or possibly E3? And who do you think it will be? (I’m thinking Precursors)
I’m kinda hoping the enemy won’t be revealed until we play the game.

-___- Obviously there is going to be trailers. MP trailers etc. But for the campaign trailers. I hope they at least keep it vague. Hmmm I guess I’ll just have to go dark on the campaign trailers.

I do get where you’re coming from, but since this IS going to decide Halo’s fate, I’d like to be prepared.

It would be cool to do this.
but also consider the fact that if we dont know who or what the enemy/enemies are, then we pretty much cant have:
-campaign trailers
-firefight trailers(or mode of some sort if firefight is removed)
-new modes involving new enemies.
im with you in really keeeping it a mystery and all. but trust me, trailers with only multiplayer can get boring REALLY QUIZKLY.

This isn’t gonna consider Halo’s fate. It’s gonna sell, it’s halo. I’m sure it will out sale 343 cost in it regardless. Even if it’s like Reach, it’s still gonna be high in population in Multiplayer (70,000 - 100,000 roughly), and the people that are serious about the halo story will play it for that alone. Halo is no closer going away then CoD is.

Same here. I want it to be a totally new experience, like CE.
I really don’t care who the enemy is i will still buy the game.

That’s a pretty bad comparison since elites appeared in the very first Halo trailer.

It’s no diffrence from any other game or movie if we all knew what was going to happen it wouldn’t be fun to play.

We have two coverstorys for next month already! OXM Uk and X360 Mag.
I think Gameinformer will be the first one in the first week of April!
And it sounds like that we are going to hear much more about campaign
