When I load the game from the Xbox dashboard and I’m lucky enough to get passed the connecting to lobby screen, I get a spinning box that says “Retrieving Data”. This issue has persisted ever since the Xbox Live servers went down in early this month. If I am fortunate enough to be able to get a game (once every ten times I reboot the game), the post game screen will not allow me to back out and then I get kicked back to the home screen. I have tried several different things to try to fix this including: hard resetting the Xbox, uninstalling the game, resetting my router and modem, and quitting and restarting the game continuously. This has only been an issue with Halo as all the other games I play online (COD, ESO) have been working perfectly over this time period. I though if I waited until the update came out it would somehow fix this issue, but I cannot even get the game to prompt me for the update, so at this point I’m really unsure what to do next. I’ve seen several other people complaining about similar issues and getting no response. Any help would be appreciated.
