Is anyone else having trouble with getting a disconnect at the very end of a arena match? I mean like during the transition from end of game to searching for another game a red disconnect screen will pop up and it’s getting me banned! My connection is perfect 120 down 20 up. Only does it on halo 5 and on arena. Is there a 343 support email or something? Thanks for any help.
This happens to me every once in a while, but no idk what to do about it.
I’ve had this happen a few times as well. The thing I do when this happens is remove the halo disc and restart the game. If the problem persists reset your router. Hope that helps.
I just got disconnected from my match. my friends too got disconnected. teh server crapped out, but dont worry, it still counts as a DNF so they will think you quit so it will go against you in your record to be banned easier.

I am constantly having this issue and it is MADDENING! I get banned twice a week for upwards of 45 minutes due to this issue. It is a major problem! I have a great connection, I am hardwired in and I have 150 down, 15 up. The issue is not on my end, it has to be somewhere else. It has been happening to me for months. Did you guys find a fix?
Got me banned for 49 minutes, and we won the game. A1, 343, you mongs.
