Your stance should count as your stance when you win your game rather than every game just have your weapon over your shoulder and the rest stand there and look stupid, IMO it should be removed or have something done with it

they did in the beta, looks kinda weird, but they could of improved it rather than removing it, it looks even worse without them doing anything

the reason it was scrapped in the beta was cuz people saw it as pointless, which it is, there’s no reason why people should want a dev to make a celebratory wasting whatever time and resource for something so small. People need to tough it out, h5 will at least show you your team, the good halos just ended the game and went to the menu right after.

TBH I don’t care if the victory dance comes back or was redacted from the full game.
They should give you control over your spartan during this scene with the option to perform a variety of taunts and(or) poses, or just stand there and do nothing.

They are Spartans human beings they have fun and think wouldn’t you want to joke around when you win something? Btw they did it the best in doom.
If anything, I’d rather see both teams shake hands after the match is over.

You’ll never hear a Spartan reference anything as “fun”. Just look at how Palmer frowns upon her own soldiers messing around and you’d see even the commander of the Spartans would disagree with celebrating. It’s military discipline, has nothing to do with being human as Spartans aren’t a part of normal human life anymore, they’re taught/trained to forget that part of their personalities.
Thats my “lore” explanation, however I’m not vs it due to lore reasons, I’m vs it simply cuz it’s a stupid thing in general and serves no point while wasting the devs time regardless of how small it is.

I know it’s small I couldent care less about it but it would be a nice addition. I still hold the concept that multiplayer shouldn’t be apart of lore.

I agree on the lore part, I just gave a lore reasoning in case you were one that loves lore effecting multiplayer, ultimately tho I’m vs it for a different reason. At the same time tho I won’t necessarily cry about it as it is pretty small to worry about, it has no effect on game design good/bad and what not (which is also why I think it’d be a waste of 343s time but it still won’t hurt anything if they seriously did work on it).

I wish we still had the beta stance.
But unfortunately there were people who were upset about it and complained. It was really sad to see how many people called 343 out on it. Some people just need to pick at everything and are just never happy.

In the beta they did something similar but people didn’t like it. It was somewhat cocky the way they celebrated and thats why we have what we have now
