This is happening quite often to me and everyone I know that I have been playing with. We will spend our time going through a match and then at the very end it will tell us it is having trouble retrieving the data. When this happens it doesn’t count our win/loss or any of our stats and medals toward our stats. Now that doesn’t really bother me so much, but what does really bother me is that whatever boosts we had used for that match is lost complete including all REQ points that came with said boost. This irks me because money is being spent to acquire those boosts and the weapons we get, then everything we lose in match is simply lost. This is a major issue toward micro transactions and should be really focused on. Who is gonna pay money to get stuff if they can’t gain the benefits of it?
I agree. The same thing is happening to me. This error occurs every 1 in 5 games. Its such a waste of time and boosters. This really needs to be addressed.

I know this isn’t just happening in Warzone either. It’s also happening in Arena which is total BS because that means the rankings are gonna be all messed up. I have lost plenty of rank increases or even won qualifying matches because of this issue. How can you have a competitive ranked multiplayer if your not getting yous wins and losses tallied correctly? How are Champion Tier players not furious about this? I know I would be.
I have been experiencing the same problem in all game modes. This is a serious and frustrating issue because any effort you put in is wasted. Further it happened on at least two of my qualifying matches for arena ranking, which were both wins and one of them had a boost running that were wasted. Its seriously discouraging when almost a quarter of the games you play are meaningless.
I’ve also suffered from this quite a few times. Needs fixing quickly!

This is still going on with plenty of people. Why has this not been fixed yet. Im losing my interest in the game because if i play to gain and gain nothing whats the point?

I actually had this happen to me the other night. However, a few hours later, I gained a ton of REQ points, which I later discovered were from the games that I had played, where the data was not retrieving properly. Your stats and points are still recording and accumulating, but in these cases, it can take some time for the correct values to update. Let me know if this is the case for you all!
On occasion, players may not see their Post-Game-Carnage-Report. If this occurs, you need not worry as your XP and RP earnings are still being tracked and logged for your account. To see your progress, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One. After the hard reset, this issue should be resolved, and all of your earnings should correctly be applied to your account.
Additionally, if you’d like to verify from a computer or mobile device, you can verify that the XP and RP should be correctly reflected in your HaloWaypoint.com Service Record.
