Encountered error message: and got banned

got 2 different messages one saying this silent cartographer you have been banned till 14:06:05
then called Microsoft to see what the hell was going on then they made me delete my account then re download my account
then i got this message silent cartographer you have been banned till 14:31:04

p.s. i would really like to know what i’m banned for this is scary never been banned before and also would love to know why i was banned cause i didn’t do anything wrong and i love this game and want to play it

Got the same message. I’m still able to play and gain req points. I don’t think it is really enforced currently.

Same here. Its gotta be some kinda error on 343’s side. I can still play, I just don’t like the message. I don’t leave games and I do my best not to let bullets stray to my fellow Spartans
