EMP weapons and abilities

We need some more emp weaponry in halo, so here are some ideas of EMP/electric weapons in Halo 4

EMP grenade: Temporarily slows the enemy down, depletes shields and limits vision.

Humbler Stun device “Shock Stick”: Humbler stun device | Halo Alpha | Fandom 1 hit to deplete shields, and 1 hit to kill.

Overload: Overload your shield system, creating a magnetic burst that causes vehicles to fail and enemy shields to be destroyed within a certain distance, but also depletes your shields as well.

I’m not sure how overload would be implemented, maybe as a default ability if AA dont return? But it may be overpowered.

Any thoughts, opinions, or other ideas?

also emp weapons would be fine, but they need low ammo count or cannot stun vehicles.

well, i first figured for it to be the equivalent to the energy sword, or replacement… but i guess that’s true. And yes, they should be limited with many disadvantages.
