Emblems - Hawk returning?

Hello, back in Halo 2, Halo 3 and ODST, I always used the Hawk Emblem. I was quite irritated how it was taken out in Reach for no apparent reason. I was wondering if there’s a list of confirmed emblems new/returning and any sighting of the Hawk?
