A few days ago, I was playing and my emblem randomly went solid white, when I entered MM, everyone’s emblem was like that. It was probably server problems or something. Anyway ever since that day, my emblem colours have been messed up. The menu to change colours doesn’t come up at all. I can change emblems, assassinations and all that, but as soon as I go to the colours menu, it is blank. Even on my profile on here, my emblem is not showing up, it’s just a black box that says emblem. Anyone know a solution?
Wow, you’re not kidding. I can’t offer you a solution, but lately a lot of people have been dealing with profile sync errors. It may have something to do with that.
Chances are it could be your internet or maybe the servers having a issue syncing in your profile. If you’re having that issue after exiting and coming back to Halo 5. If I were you, restart on your console.
Your serious, it’s probably an issue with the server, things like this always happen.

The glitch has been present for at least 3 days now. My console has been on and off many times and I have restarted the game many times as well.
Everything else in my profile loads fine.
I really don’t want to uninstall the game and download it all over again, it takes all day. Unfortunately I might have no other choice. (And it might not even fix the issue.)
