Anyone else have this issue? The Customization for emblem and other personal customization was grayed out and could not be accessed.
Disabled in this flight.
In the very 1st flight it was part of the waypoint app trial, it wasn’t available in 2nd flight which is why in game some people had customised emblems as it was done in 1st flight, it was only a preview so greyed out options wouldn’t of been available within 2nd flight. But will be there when game releases.
None of it carries over to final release anyway, and with waypoint officially coming 1st Nov, there should be some sort of customisation available before launch, promotions etc
Emblems and that level of customisation wasn’t a big but it was actually disabled during the flight. For what reason who knows, but it’ll be there at launch.
There’s a fair few images online of what you can expect from emblems and that kind of customisation. Although I won’t go into detail here as to avoid spoilers for others.
In the first flight players were actually able to change their emblems via the vNext Waypoint app & vNext Waypoint Website. I believe this was disabled in flight 2.
The Waypoint app is available now & the new site will be available from November 1st onwards. There was a blog released yesterday on the details of that.
I imagine it was part of their tests to encourage people to download the Waypoint beta app.
