Emblem Colors Glitch Thread

About 4 days after posting this, I solved the problem. I pressed the Y button on the Emblem Colors select screen and I could change them again. Anyone else who has a glitch with their Emblem or Emblem Colors can comment on this thread to seek help. I no longer need help, now that I know how to solve this issue.

Usually when your customization options go back to default, there’s an issue with Xbox Live. Try quitting out of H5 and restarting it to see if that fixes anything or do a hard reset of your Xbox. It could just be a Live issue like I already mentioned and it will eventually fix itself.

I already did that. I tried resetting the game. No result. Tried resetting the Xbox. No result. Tried resetting the game and Xbox simultaneously. No result.

He means Xbox live (the online service NOT your device) is having issues which would make sense as for the last week they have been having issues and have had the all xbox live severs go down for a time.

Are you for real? He just told me to reset my game and/or device…
Even still, this happened on the same day I got the Xbox App, changed my Profile Pic, changed my Gamertag, and completed a WZFF match to be met with this sh*t.

Then perhaps you should read the very first sentence . . .

Okay, I see it now. It’s been a day, a full 26 hours since it’s happened. I’m not sure when it’s going away, because I’m a member of a Clan and the emblem colors requirement is NOT the colors selected (which I cannot change due to the Emblem Colors menu not appearing). Luckily the Clan higher-ups know about the problem that I’m having, but that’s a me thing. I don’t know if this has happened to anyone else, that’s why I made this thread… that and so I could get help.

EDIT: Yes, I know that days aren’t 26 hours…

I’ve been in this situation before, so try the following options:

  • Hard reset of your Xbox - Clearing your MAC address through your console’s advanced network settings - Unplugging the Xbox for 30 seconds before plugging it back in - Restarting your internet router by either unplugging it or holding down the reset button on the router itself (you’ll need a toothpick for this)
