Emblem avatar not on mobile?

It was before on my android phone, but now it only shows up with an “?” in place of the avatar. Is this common, or just me?
Never mind, it’s working now.

Edit: Now it’s not, because I updated mine.

im using Google Chrome mobile app and its not working either.
