It’s currently not possible sorry! The closest you can get is having your Halo 5 emblem as a avatar on here which it looks like you’ve already discovered.
You can download the Halo 4 emblem from Waypoint, but I don’t think the Halo 4 API outputs higher than 120px. With the Halo 5 API you can get a PNG of your Halo 5 emblem up to 512 x 512px
