I’m having an issue that the game wont load any req points, post game page, player in game armor/emblems. It will only record my wins/losses if I restart the game. I have tried re-syncing my profile. I have even tried formatting my xbox. Nothing seems to work. It’s like I’m having issues getting that data from the halo servers. It just started happening about 3 days ago. Any help would be appreciated.
You’re definitely not alone in this.
I’ve been having this issue for the past week now, as are many others.
I honestly don’t know what’s causing this game to get so broken now, of all times…months AFTER launch… Usually it’s the other way around, but Halo 5 is the exception, I suppose. If I don’t hear from 343 this week, I’m taking this straight up to someone else and get a refund for the game. At this point, I’m playing half a game as the other half is broken and this isn’t what I paid for.
Retrieving Data is a very annoying problem. I hope that bug is squashed. As for a solution, only time will tell.
I realize this is a couple weeks after the original post, but I’m experiencing the same thing. I open the req screen from the main menu and it just has a continually loading sign and says retrieving data. I let it sit for over an hour, repeatedly, and no luck.

Exact thing is happening to me as well.
