Emblem and Nameplate

I downloaded halo channel and still cant see the option for customizing emblem and nameplate. Please post a step by step.

halo channel? Did you mean waypoint beta app?. You search for the halo waypoint beta app and scroll down to where I believe it says like sign up or join. Once you do that, then it allows you to download it.

Click on games, select infinite
Click on customize
Click on profile
Select what you want to customize

I don’t have that option. I think only some people have access to that feature

The fact that we can’t create our own emblem in-game anymore is really dumb. Like… why?

I’m pretty sure it was disabled, either before the 2nd flight (I didn’t check then) or before this 3rd flight. There used to be a Profile option in Customization that had nameplate etc but it’s not there now. Luckily I set mine up during the first flight through the Waypoint Beta App, never saw a way to do it via the Beta website.
I wonder why it’s not there anymore.
