In my opinion, Infinite has gotten away one of the core principles that made older halo games unique and entertaining.
Emblems and Colors.
How come I no longer have a way to customize exactly what my emblem looks like?? Why do I have to pick from pre-made garbage? Every halo has had a core set of emblems to pick from and customize, something that I have always used the same version of. It was my way of making my Spartan uniquely mine.
The same goes for color. Why is 343 deciding what colors I need to choose? If you are going to make us grind through a progression system that takes longer than most, and then pay a premium for specialized armor, at the very least, the player ought to be able to customize our emblems and color.
Anyone else agree, or am I way off base?
