That is a screenshot of the email I had received saying I was invited but didn’t receive a code through my email and or the waypoint website. I really wanted to get into the flighting for Halo 2 and it says I am, but haven’t received anything regarding it

That’s why I came here because their support page is literally empty and the topics on which are reportable is that none of them are the problem I have.
Go your profile page(https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/halo-insider/profile) and see the key and other details under My fights.
Make sure that you are signing in with the GT you use for flighting - this can differ from the email associated with your gamertag, so be sure to check your Insider profile (as noted above) if you have a different email for communication. If you try and access the Insider Support site and received an “access denied” message, that means that you are not accessing it with the correct account. https://aka.ms/HaloSupportInsider

This is the same exact account I used for the Halo MCC Combat Evolved Anniversary Flighting. Everything is 100% correct. I linked the screenshot of what the Email says if you all want to read it. I’ve gotten into previous flightings no problem with this GT and this Email linked to it. So I can 100% verify that I have done everything right on my end. I’ve sent a ticket not that it’s put under the right report because the submit ticket options are “Report Player” “Game Crash”, they have like 1 more that also has nothing to do with the problem I have. so I tried to make it as fluid as possible when reporting my issue, this was about 4 days ago now and they still have yet to get to it. I doubt I will get into this flighting by the time it’s public.
Can you double check your Message Inbox here on Waypoint, there should be a message letting you know what flight you were entered into.

I am sorry for my previous anger filled post prior to this one, I just am a really big halo fan and I received an Email saying I was invited to it. I checked my inbox and it says nothing, Are you able to read my screenshot? if so, can you verify whether or not that email means I am in it? This is the same account I got in with and email for the MCC Halo Combat Anniversary flighting.
Advice: Its much easier to use the same email for sending communications as your Microsoft account email with your GT is. Otherwise it creates alot of confusion for yourself if you forget what your email is for your GT.

As explained before, I have no issue with understanding which is what, in this case I just didn’t receive what I was told in the email photo above. I have been in previous flightings no problem with the same email and GT used now. I can assure you there is no confusion on my end whatsoever.
If you don’t have the PM showing up anywhere then there’s not much else we can to do help I’m afraid, you would have to wait for your support ticket to be answered.
