I received an email about getting access to the odst flight, when I click on any of the links in the email, I get an “access denied” page, and I have not gotten any notifications about it on halo waypoint, I have notifications about previous flights, but not this one.

Getting “access denied” on the Insider Support site means that you are not accessing it with the correct account.
If you were invited to flighting on Steam, you will see a flight key at the bottom of your Insider profile. If you don’t see it it possible you’re using the wrong account, double check any other accounts you have.
Yeah, on my insider profile, I have one flight for Halo 2, and one flight for Halo 3, I only have the one account, how do I change which account I am accessing the insider support site with?

I’ve tried logging in to the insider support page with the same account as I am getting the flight invites on, still says “access denied”. I don’t understand what’s going wrong
Make sure that you’re logging into the correct account associated with your e-mail. For ease of troubleshooting you should make sure your ‘insider profile’ e-mail matches your e-mail associated with your gamertag. You won’t receive a new e-mail about the ODST flight but should receive future patch notes for flights and will be good to go for future flights.
If the insider support page does not show ODST access, then you don’t have access or insider-linked e-mail is associated with a different gamertag. Either you get the invite or you don’t. If you have more than one account make sure to check, otherwise you may need to submit a ticket if you really can prove that you received the flight e-mail for Halo 3:ODST. Are you sure the e-mail is not for the previous Halo 3 flight? Over 100,000 people received invites, however no one else is coming here with the issue you’re describing. Just saying, some people think they’re slick trying to get in on the fun but you aren’t fooling 343 when you submit a ticket to someone that can see the backend and can tell in 5 seconds if you truly received ODST flight access or not.
By the way, currently the flight is scheduled to end 8/23 I think, good luck getting a timely reply from support…

Of course I’m sure I got the email lol, I’m not trying to “sneak” my way into the flight, I’m just trying to figure out if there is some sort of error, I have participated in 2 previous flights and have never come across this issue
I’m currently having the same issue. I’m getting the invitation email but no the notification and this is the first time it happens because I have been able to participate on the 3 last flights for Halo CE, 2 and 3.
That’s weird. I always get the waypoint notification but I never get an email. I’d prefer it the other way round since I use my email multiple times a day.
