Hello Halo fans! I know this little to nothing to do with Halo, but I am not a member of any other video game forums. I have a serious problem. My email address seems to be connected to an xbox live profile I have never heard of. I want to know how I can delete this mystery account or separate my email from it. If you see a gamertag called “[CLASSIFIED]”, tell him to give me back my email rights!

Best bet is to call support. I had this issue last year with a stolen account. Make sure you know your info and if you have credit cards hooked to the account cancel them.
- know your email
- have your credentials ready if they are needed
- Know your secrete questions to the email.
Should take 3 days most to get your account back.

If you can still access the e-mail account, change the password.
Like Ganon said, this is something you’d need to ask Customer Support about.
