Remember the Starry Night trailer for Halo 3? John 117 and a girl (who we all thought was Kelly) are sitting on the grass flirting as children.
But the podcast on hunt the truth told us that a girl named Ellie Bloom would chill with John and lie down on the grass with him during childhood.
am I the only one who caught this?

I actually made that connection right as I heard her comment about them watching the stars at night. Still, nice observation! It’s good to see others know these little details about the lore.

We don’t know for sure if the Halo 4 proluge brute scene is a continuation of starry night, its a good theory, but we don’t know for sure. Thats set in the day time, while starry night is at night time.

I just think it’s cool how everything is linking together. Never would I have thought Halo 5 and the Starry Night would have a connection.
She’s also in a book I think, I can’t remember which one. Something along the lines of her being in Halo 2 before the scarab battle. Anyone else remember what I’m talking about?

Starry night had John jump down onto a squad of Brutes. In the prologue, the chieftain was surrounded by dead elites. Different scenes/events.
