less choices as a player
i will not stand for this i will still buy halo because i am a die hard halo fan but i am so mad at there not being elites
i have not raged a single time since i heard all this stuff i decided change was good
but removing elites was the straw
multiplayer does not need a story i dont care keep the story to campain and spartan ops not multiplayer you removed duelwielding which got my temper high even though i decided not to rage but removing elites has just crosed the line i will start a rebelion and blow the heck out of these forums if i have to
i will gain as many halo elite loving fans as possible to start a riot on every facebook

I think it’s more Speciesism. It’s not like plying as an Elite will effect the gameplay, personally I hate the elite but I don’t see why it matters.

i have done alot of reveiwing there are about 9000 elite fans i have seen through my 7 years on halo thats a big chunk of the community the most important thing is campaign then multiplayer yes there is alot at stake i know that

What does that even mean?
Elites not being in makes me sad, but forcing them in just for the sake of it seems like a poor idea as well. 343 has a vision, that vision would most likely not benefit from simply adding things to make people happy.

Halo 4 will be the best selling Halo. That’s for sure.

I am very sad about this not even being an option in Custom Games. I will have to make a new machinima series without Elites in it. How boring will that be!

You don’t understand. Plus, I hate when games TAKE AWAY things that are harmless. How hard would it be to allow Elites in, at least, Custom Games…
My preferred species in Reach is Elite. In H3, Elite. In H2, Elite.
The discrimination must end. Fellow Elites, let’s destroy the Spartans and take our rightful place! Er, I mean equality for everyone. Give us armor variety, give us Elite weapons like Brutes have, give us a headshot, er I mean helmets.
We are not just portraits that you take screenshots of and upload to be viewed as an ancient wonder. We are Sangheili! We are not dinosaurs… wort wort wort!
(But seriously, playing as an Elite should be in H4. It’s not asking for much)
My cynical side can’t help but feel that the absence of Elites is just to help sell Halo 5 when it inevitably arrives with “Now with the return of multiplayer Elites!”.
I will miss the Elites, remember that rush of excitement when the Elites were shown as multiplayer models in the E3 Halo 2 reveal? This is a sad day for Halo.
