Elites in Halo 4,

Elites in Halo 4 can be added to multiplayer without breaking canon, or having people who hate elites need to face them.

Be aware that I’m not knowing of Halo’s canon story through its written side.

Elites could be incorporated into multiplayer as holographic representations the ship creates, for the Spartans to train against, or for them to be training with.

Within an Elite ops we could see the perspective of the Remnant fighting against Humanity within Requiem, or a prespective from an elite prisoner which fights to escapes this factions grasp.

For those who do not like Elites there is the option of a playlist against Elites which could be made, offering all gametypes possible. This would allow Elites and Elite haters to play as they wished. Or if this splits people to much then there is the possibility of making an option of playing with or without Elites.

Here you go.

We don’t know that the Infinity can simulate holograms of Elites, we only know it can simulate known locations.

This.

You do realize that that doesn’t make any sense…

But anyways, use the other thread.

The Infinity can’t make holograms of species, it is there to train Spartan IVs against each other in known battlefields.

Makes perfect sense.

Thanks for the link.

Reach could project a Hologram of a Spartan. The Infinity has a large Holodeck with a much likely larger generator for the generation of the battlement, plus there is the advanced tech that is available. The Infinity brings along a large number of military personel possibly hinting that the UNSC is prepared for danger. Couldn’t they bring a way to take their foes and add them to combat simulations to better prepare their Spartans?

See I don’t get how Spartans playing Griffball and Ghostbusters and HaloBall can be considered canon while the holographic representations of a species with a fractioned opinion on humanity “doesn’t make sense”.

How can people claim this when surely they would:
A) have Arby’s elites on the Infinity to train the Spartans
B) have holographic elites on the infinity to tran the S4s for possible combat with now hostile elites.
C) S4s simulated as elites for training purposes (physycological warfare)

Surely if the Infinity can simulate full environments (with ambient life BTW), then it would have little problem simulating elites.

Humanity could have Thel’s Elites with them on the Infinity. Since Thel would be conducting civil war then he would want to win on all fronts, therefore attempting to strike the Remnant and get them out of the way to focus on other enemy factions would aid Thel in winning. An alliance with Humanity would help them deal with all the enemy factions. So it would be a strategic advantage to work together and strike the enemy, it would also benefit Humanity from gaining another stockpile of enemies.

How about having people able to play as elites when being opposed by them in spartan ops, kinda like a versus firefight. This could give a greater challenge to players. Opposing elites could be affected the difficulty that the mission is on.

we should have a choice of being elites like in halo reach

Why the necro?!

Please don’t resurrect old threads. Thanks.
