For an update later in the H4 MP, i hope 343i will do something big like having the elites back in the multiplayer 
I realy like ES in Reach, and i guess in H4 it even would be better

I think Elite Slayer would be redundant as everyone already starts with Stickys and tries to win 1 on 1s with panic kamikaze throws. I do wish the Needle Rifle was in H4 though. Loved the TU version of it, zero bloom and rapid fire.
I would be nice. But if you were able to pick which Elite armor you wore, I bet almost everyone would be a Zealot.

The needle rifle is so much better then the carbine

The Carbine is light years better than the Needle Rifle, Halo 4 does no justice to the Carbine.

I liked it in Halo 2… But never used it in H3. Have just killed around 80 with it so far in H4.

The awesomeness of the Reign skin for the Carbine in Halo 4 makes up for it being worse than previous games Carbines. For me anyway.

if its possible to play as elites as in halo 4 they would bring elite slayer. as a free DLC.

well there better be a real Elite slayer when we play as Elites (Sangheili warrior).

True
