In the book “Halo Mythos: A Guide to the Story of Halo”, on page 194 there’s a section referencing the Battle of Sunaion. It says “During the Battle of Sunaion, the sky was filled with warships from another time. Since many of the common Covenant vessels were lost at the close of the war with the humans, Sangheili of all allegiances were pressed to ignite the assembly forges of old and scour shipbreaker complexes from past eras. A handful of classes were drawn back into service, reflecting a bold Sangheili aesthetic that harked back to when the Elite shipwrights held control”. I don’t have Halo 5 anymore, so is it true that there are Elite ships up in the atmosphere during that mission?
It’s been a while since I last played Halo 5’s campaign, but, provided my memory serves me correctly, yes, Sangheili Man 'O Wars, Carracks, Blockade Runners, and Brigantines can be seen in Halo 5’s Battle of Sunaion missions.

That is beyond cool, I don’t think I’ve seen them in media like youtube at all. I should have done this before, but I just looked up these ships on the Halo wikia and apparently they were also in the opening cutscene for Halo 5. The Brigantines are larger than I expected, even in comparison to the standard Cruisers and Carriers in the Covenant Empire.
that would be cool
