I bought the special edition console and the Series 2 controller which came with a code.
I redeemed the code but got no notification that I had unlock X into Halo Infinite?! It said after redeem « you will be notified when your item have been received » (or something along those lines).
Any help before I reach out to support?
Just look for the item in game to see if you got it. I got the same message you got and even though I wasn’t notified, I got the items in game and in the History list of all the codes I’ve redeemed.
Glad I’m not alone on this, been trying to find out how long after redemption will I get my stuff. Did it today and been frantically checking, reloading the game, etc.

Where can you see this in-game (notification)? I don’t know what the unlock is for the Elite Series 2 special edition.

Idk because I know nothing of that Series 2 controller unlock. I redeemed the Rockstar promotion codes and got the items instantly, but I knew where to look for them 'cause I knew what I was getting.
I redeemed the codes on Waypoint while the game was closed. Then I booted it up and I already had the items.
The in-game item you get for the controller is a charm of the controller for your weapon isn’t it?
The item is a weapon charm of the controller itself. Just look in your weapon charms and you will see it.
