Who thinks that the option to be a elite should be brought back? If so we should be able to customize our armor. Id love to be a elite again. What do you think?

They are sticking with the RvB for now. MP is described as Wargames, a Spartan training program. It wouldn’t make sense to add Elites; but if they used an excuse that allowed Elites to train with the Spartans, that would be cool. I do miss being an Elite, but I don’t necessarily want it back. It would be cool though to get an infection game mode where rather than loosing and becoming a flood, you become a covenant instead.
They had their own set of issues in the past. I can’t see fairly adding them to the game without changing things in unintended ways.
