It was available with the Limited edition as well as the Legendary edition.

I got Legendary Flames with my console as well. I probably should have sold them, they were going for a fair bit on eBay. I still use them and the Elite Officer armour though.

You get all the extras if you buy anything than just the game on release. I actually waited for like 5 months after reach was released and got the legendary at best buy for a discounted price. red flames, elite armor, and noble team statue.

When I was researching elite armor on halopedia, I noticed Officer Rank, and I had looked at the elite armor options and knew it wasn’t available.
Always wondered why.

I have it and use it. Usually after everytime i am lucky to get Elite Slayer someone asks me “what Armour is that”. It is very rare.
