Elite/Knight Abilities

{Lazy Post}:

Since Spartan have their own abilities, Elites and Knights should have their own too (if they become playable).

“Elite Abilities”:

  • Ground Pound- Evade (Evade could be the Elite-equivalent of the Spartan Slide)- Charge- Sprint- Active Camouflage (Active Camouflage could last for about 10 seconds and then have a cool-down time of 10-15 seconds. Or you could active/deactivate it whenever you want like in H4 and HR.)- Clamber- Thruster Pack
    “Knight Abilities”:
  • Dodge/Evade- Ground Pound- Teleport (Teleport could come into the game because Halo 4 had an armor ability which could allow the player to teleport forward but they couldn’t fix the bugs so they took it out.)- Charge/Lunge- Autosentry- Hardlight Shield (Could last for about 5 seconds and have a cool-down time of 10-15 seconds.)
    If you guys have anything to say about playable Elites/Knights or just their characters in Halo 5 then please discuss.

The elites one I think could work, however not sure about the Knights

I would love not only to have elites back but knights too. Make it happen 343! Haha

I think that the ability that most likely won’t work is the Knight’s teleport ability. 343 couldn’t seem to figure it out in Halo 4.

Why would the Knights need to be remodeled?

The Knights sound broken, but the Elites could work minus the active camouflage. There is a reason Active Camo is a power up - trait, having zero vision of your quarry for 10-15 seconds is a lifetime in FPS gaming and extremely broken. Vision advantages like Active camouflage should remain as power - up traits on the map.

Ground pound thruster and charge don’t fit imo for elites especially thruster and ground pound they dont have suits to be
able to use thrust and they also dont have the suit to make them ground pound

Well I think he (like most people would) is thinking of post - composer kights, the ones we fought in Halo 4, which had very large and cumbersome body types. Whereas pre - composer warrior servant prometheans were very humanoid and would require no hit - box manipulation.
