what advantages does this controller give you while playing Halo 5? I just played a round and this guy was mowing people down with a storm rifle and it never over heated. I mean I just don’t see how it is possible on its own. Double kills left and right. No overheat.
The Elite Controller allows for customization of its buttons and has 4 paddles on its underside where your other fingers would rest. You can map them to specific controls to give you an extra edge without lifting a finger. In terms of that Storm Rifle, the player probably allowed it to cool down before it overheated, prolonging their streak. It’s practically common sense to have short intervals before you got back into action. Otherwise, you’d be left defenseless.
And unless you have some fancy system in place, you can’t detect if someone is using an Elite Controller during gameplay. It’d be a huge waste of time and money.
He probably had a Blissful Slumber. It takes the enemy down pretty quick and doesn’t overheat as bad as the lowest tier storm rifle.
If he wasn’t using a special controller then he was a master at letting it cool down. Twice I was ina situation with him were he had weak shields and completed a double kill. It was almost like I couldn’t get a round off and I was dead. As far as the blissful slumber this was a regular arena matchmaking round.
