In previous halo games, there has not been a lot of high end, rare elite armor so here are some I think should be in the game if elites are playable.I also added some challenges to go with them.Feel free to add your own.
Honor Guard-Halowaypoint use before 2013.
Councilor-Defeat a 343 member online.(This armor would probably be a bit down scaled)
Heretic-kill 5,000 elites in mcc
Henry(no armor)- Complete 343 guilty spark without having the flood break your shields(melee) on legendary.
Rtas(helmet,half jaw)-Complete halo 3 on legendary with less than 5 shots.Solo
**Arbiter(old)-**Halo 5 slaso.
Arbiter(gold new, escalation)-All halo mcc collection achievements, must have skill rank gold in at least one competitive playlist.
Ascetic-Get a perfection using only a sword or melee
Commando -300 ground pound kills
Flight-300 banshee kills
Assualt-100 shoulder charge kills
Jul- Killionare
Luro(supreme commander)- Win 500 capture the flag games.

That’s sounds great mate. I hope it makes it in Halo 5
I think that heretic and henry are a bit too insane, but the others are mostly fine.

How about 5,000?
Woudln’t honor guard and councilor pose hit box issues? You either get a bigger hit box or have giant bits sticking up and around that are actually not-solid.

Well they could do what they did with fotus and not put it in the hitbox.
I was a huge fan of the officer(Reach)/commander(H4) armor, I’d like to see that again if elites are added. Also, I’d love to give Brutes a spin as a playable spicies or maybe hunters, kind of a Left 4 Dead meets Halo thing

These are all very interesting. As an elite player I would diffidently use Henry. That said, just like what Bungie said with Halo 3 I think the Arbiter’s armor shouldn’t be in multiplayer.

I believe they said it would take away from why the armor was special.

I think it could still be special, as long as its really hard to get. When you think about it , how many players would perfect mcc for example or complete laso (may change to slaso) ,or possibly something even harder than my examples.

First of all I need to apologize, after posting it I went to find where I’d heard that Bungie didn’t want to include arbiter armor only to find I’d read it on a wiki trivia section with no citation. On topic, I see your point but I think just seeing anyone playing it takes away from the fact that there is always only one arbiter. Just my opinion.

I never liked playing as an elite or fighting them in multiplayer. I have always preferred 100% Spartan matches. I think elites are cool, just not in multiplayer.
