I’ve been think about defrent elite armor that could work like abitters armor and maybey the armor from reach and 4 plz give idears.
The Arbiter armor was originally planned to be released in Halo 3, but was scrapped. I think it should be released eventually.
The arbiter’s armor is always cool. I wonder if too many people would be wearing it, though. Like I feel if it was released to the public at game launch, we really wouldn’t see anyone wearing anything BUT arbiter armor. It could be unlocked through a somewhat hard quest, like beating all of the arbiter’s missions in H2 on legendary single player. That could be cool! 
And you KNOW we’ve always wanted that honor guard armor. So hawt.

His new-look mostly reminds me of the General armor.
a Mjolnir GEN2-ish combat harness but of Sangheili design for elites to use, same abilities as Spartans
