I have not received the avatar and nameplate that was gifted for people who played online match.
After reading the article and what 343 was going to do, I decided to play a match online. I checked Halo Waypoint regarding the match. It was played on December 19th. So when I logged into tonight to play some Halo, I noticed I didnt have the gifted avatar and nameplate. I than contacted Xbox support chat to see if they could help me. The person I was chatting with confirmed and validated my eligiblity after taking my gamer tag. He was also surprised I did not get my gifts. My game is fully updated and am currently downloading the Halo 5 MP beta.The Xbox support person than gave me a link to post here in the forums to get additional help. I really would like to receive the nameplate and avatar as well as be eligible for the Xbox Live token and of course the thing I want the most, Halo ODST campaign, when they are released. Please, I hope someone can help me with this issue.
