Unfortunately, as much as I dislike EA and like 343i, I regrettably acknowledge that EA can launch a less broken game and react faster to fixing it. We have actually reached rock bottom. We have taken EAs’ rightful place in the basement of the video game industry. And I mean ‘we’ sincerely, I stand on the side of 343i still, even after this failure. But even I, a fan of 343i, a believer that they are the actual talent remaining from ye ole Bungie, think that this really is the worst that the gaming companies have treated us. The positive spin to being rock bottom is that we nowhere else to go but up, and I know that we will.
I raise a toast to all of you who are humbly waiting to play this game. One day it will work, and we will be united once again. I would like to recognize all the millennials that had stopwatches Velcro’d to their controllers for Halo CE on XBC, and for their AGP & MLG Tournaments. Every Halo 2 player who recognized that the difference in sniper rifle re spawn time depended on whether or not the rifle had ammo before it was dropped. WE WILL ONE DAY GET TO FIGHT TOGETHER AGAIN
