I’ve tried and I’ve tried to stay engaged with Halo after the least play time I’ve ever put into a Halo game at launch (I’ve haven’t played in over a month), but as usual fans outside of the USA get treated like absolute dirt.
I saw the new Halo TV series trailer today, and got very excited, only to then fall in to the depths of disappointment immediately as I tried to discover when it’s coming out in the UK. It might as well not. It will be released at an undisclosed time some point later in the year when Paramount+ launches in the UK, despite Amazon currently showing Paramount’s programs over here, we aren’t allowed to watch it.
This is an absolute disgrace and the last time I’m happily sitting back as the US centric 343 completely forgets about anyone outside their own borders. I’ve put up with the measly competitions and rewards we get in comparison but this takes the piss.
You really expect us to be able to keep away from spoliers for up to 9 months? By not securing a way for everyone to watch this program on the same day, you are most assuredly ruining it for those of us who can’t. This is just ridiculous, I’m finally sick of this crap and the last taste of good will has completed soured in my mouth.
All this is going to do is drive piracy and ensure people watch this show in well below the intended quality, so no one wins, congratulations.
