Simply put, do you feel it’s more effective and efficient to use the PP’s charged burst against enemy spartans in an effort to lower their shields, or is barraging them with rapid fire shots the better method?
I’d definitely charge it up. There’s a reason you can get a ‘Noob Combo’ medal. Charged PP shot + Headshot = Death

If you charge the plasma pistol it will actually have a sleight homing tendency toward the player you lock onto.
Naah, if you just spam with a Plasma Pistol, it will do barely anything, charge it up.
Charged. The plasma pistol doesn’t damage fast enough otherwise and you will die, lol!
Interesting responses. To be honest, I was expecting most folks to endorse rapid fire (at short range, of course). I feel like if you miss the charged shot, your odds of winning a duel are drastically lowered. But with rapid fire, even if a few bolts miss, you’ll likely pop their shields anyway. Whether you can switch to your precision weapon in time to get the headshot is suspect, however (maybe Enhanced Reflexes in Warzone would help with this transition time).
Charging it up… have you seen how successful the grunts are rapidly shooting it? One burst then switch to headshot weapon for the kill.
