The only one I’ve noticed that is bugged is: Enemies Everywhere,
I’ve got Easy to Overlook, Skunked! and I’m Sorry, Dave… Don’t know about Generous tipper because I haven’t really gone for it yet
Skunked is not unlocking for me and its incredibly upsetting

Can confirm that Easy to Overlook and I’m Sorry Dave are both unlockable, haven’t even tried the others yet.

These were broken for me until just a few weeks ago. It was an issue with Steam sync saving broken save data on game launch. To fix some broken achievements, you need to turn of Steam sync and delete the Steam sync folder for MCC.
