If I live in the US, can I use my Gamestop gift card online at ebgames.com to pre order Halo 4? (Its because I want the BR Skin.)

You can use gift cards online. That’s how I got Halo Anniversary.

OP, I believe EB Games and Gamestop are owned by the same people and have the same site format but you might have to ask their customer support or go to a store and ask an employee
