Easy way to get DLC Maps

Ok here is an epic tut for you guys that want all the maps, but it only works for each game. (Halo 3 maps on Halo 3, not Reach or 4)

  1. The game MUST have forge.
  2. You must have someone who HAS the map pack.

Okay lets begin.

  1. Tell the guy to load up the DLC maps you want on Forge.
  2. Save as new map WITHOUT changing a Single thing.
    EDIT: 3. Upload to file share so you can download it. I’m sorry I forgot about that step.
  3. Done :wink:

This wont work for MP :confused: Though you can still play Halo 4 with friends on custom game ;D

very VERY clever, but it will get fixed and people who do this MIGHT get banned but i odnt know… im still waiting for my H3 mythic 2 map pack to be fixed, i bought it and its not showing :frowning: i got all the other map packs but not this one :confused: anyway clever idea, nice way to see the maps and to see if you want to buy them or not

OR you can just recover your friends GT(if he has the MP) on you xbox play a game then sign out. and there you go a free MP
