My game keeps freezing at the main menu when I close it down I get east Anti-cheat violation detected #000000001 can someone help

I wanted to file a ticket but then I have to give it acces to all my data and contacts, never going to happen… How low is that? We wont fix your game unless you give us all your private data/info ?!
