For fix the Problem, Update your Xbox services From Microsoft Store

EDIT: this works now after installing the Gaming services and the Xbox app updates from windows store and restarting. I was able to play two matches about to do another and there was some bad apples betraying but other than that great job 343i I can’t express my gratitude here 
I think he is referring to the Xbox app update as well as the Gaming Services update available in the windows store as downloads now. They just became available either last night or today because I was making sure my system was fully up to date last night trying to play a different game that just finished downloading. These two updates are downloading now I’ll report back once its done!

There were no updates for any apps when I checked just prior to posting my earlier comment. Your comment was nice and clear. Checked again when I saw your post and an update was there for the Gaming Services app. Downloaded and installed that seems to have fixed the issue.
